Change WiFi name: 

Enter “More Settings” and choose “Device Manager”, go to “change WiFi Name” to create a new name.
WiFi password setting:
Mifee does not have password under factory settings, to set your own password, please go to “Change WiFi Password” and do the resetting. 

Warm notice: 

After resetting, Mifee WiFi name will be automatically changed to “KingSpec-xxx”. When you finished password setting should reconnect Mifee again.

Warm notice: After connected with your personal wifi, Mifee will restart automatically. You should reconnect with Mifee and start to use. The read/write speed might be affected by the connection of your personal wifi.

How to restore to “factory settings”?

1.Reset through App.
Open “More Settings”, go to “Device Manager”. Choose “Restore Factory Settings” to do the restore.
Warm notice: After done the restore, the device’s name and password will back to factory settings automatically. You should reconnect MiFee to use.
2.Press and hold device button for “47 seconds” to restore to “factory settings”.

How to connect MiFee
Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on Mifee; then open your phone and WiFi setting and find “KingSpec-Mifee_xxx” to connect it (default settings do not have password, you could set your own WiFi password on the APP). After wifi connected successfully, the indicator light will blink several times, then your Mifee is ready to go. 

Connect to the Internet
Open “Mifee” App, find “Home menu” in the upper left corner of home screen. Choose the second menu “Internet connection” and connect to WiFi. then you can surf the Internet as well as enjoy the MiFee. 
Note: After connected with your personal wifi, Mifee will restart automatically. You should reconnect Mifee and start to use. The read/write speed might be affected by Internet connection.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
